Migration Report — July 2026

What Happened, and What We Did

A full, transparent explanation of the PR3DICT contract migration: the autoswap issue found after launch, why the original contract could not be patched, and how the protocol moved to a new, corrected contract.

1. Summary

Shortly after the original PR3DICT mainnet launch on June 28, 2026, the team identified that an internal contract function — the autoswap mechanism, which converts a portion of the Ecosystem Contribution into BNB for reward distribution — was not activating correctly under real mainnet trading conditions. It worked as expected on testnet, but real-world trading patterns on mainnet exposed a condition the original testing had not covered.

No user funds were lost. No holder was harmed. Buying, holding, and transferring PR3D remained fully functional throughout. The issue only affected one gear of the reward-distribution engine, not the token itself or user balances.

Because contract ownership had already been renounced at launch — as promised — the deployed contract could not be patched or upgraded by anyone, including the team. PR3DICT resolved this by deploying a new, corrected contract, snapshotting every holder's balance from the original contract, and making the equivalent PR3D available to claim 1:1 on the new deployment.

2. What happened: the autoswap issue

The PR3DICT contract collects a small Ecosystem Contribution on DEX trades (buys and sells). Part of that contribution is meant to be periodically swapped into BNB by the contract's own autoswap logic, feeding the Time Vaults and reward distribution. Under testnet conditions — including simulated trading, manual triggers, and controlled liquidity — this logic executed correctly in every test run.

Once real users began trading on mainnet, the specific sequence and timing of buy/sell transactions on the live PancakeSwap pair created a condition where the autoswap step did not fire as intended. The result: PR3D collected for autoswap accumulated in the contract without being converted to BNB, slowing down one part of the reward pipeline. Transfers, balances, holding, and the rest of the tokenomics continued to work normally.

3. Why we could not simply patch it

PR3DICT's launch model includes a deliberate, public commitment: once deployed, ownership of the contract is renounced. No admin key, no upgrade path, no backdoor — not even for the team. This is a core part of the project's trust model, verifiable on-chain by anyone.

That same guarantee that protects holders from any future admin abuse also means that when a bug is found post-launch, the contract cannot be patched in place. There is no owner left to call an upgrade function, because there is no owner at all.

This is a deliberate trade-off: permanence and irreversibility in exchange for censorship-resistance and freedom from discretionary control. When something needs fixing, the only path is a new deployment — which is exactly what happened here.

4. The solution: a new, corrected contract

The team identified the root cause of the autoswap issue, corrected the logic, and deployed a new PR3DICT contract. This time, the fix was validated under the same real-world trading conditions that had originally surfaced the flaw — not just on testnet.

Previous contract (deprecated)

0xAF89873640418D13304902A3112052577477eF67

No longer supported by the team, holds no official liquidity, and is not maintained going forward. Do not buy, sell, or hold PR3D on this address.

Current contract (official)

0xC13fA16331bCbE294726Cbf0bC6C58E001eeBb19

The only official PR3DICT contract from July 2026 onward. Ownership has been renounced and configuration frozen — the same governance commitments as the original launch.

All tests were re-run and passed under the exact trading conditions that had hidden the original flaw. The autoswap mechanism, reward distribution, Time Vaults, and Holder Drops all function correctly on the new contract.

5. What this means for holders

If you acquired PR3D before the migration, your balance on the original contract was captured in a full snapshot. An equivalent allocation is waiting for you on the new contract, 1:1.

How to claim

  • Go to the official site: www.pr3dict.io
  • Connect the same wallet you used to hold PR3D before the migration
  • Claim your allocation — one click, signed directly by your own wallet

Security reminders

  • Only ever claim through www.pr3dict.io — never through a link sent in a DM or comment
  • No admin will ever message you first asking you to "migrate" your tokens
  • Never share your seed phrase or private key with anyone, for any reason

Work already done for PR3DICT campaigns (including TaskOn) is not lost. Campaign registration data is being updated to reflect the new contract, and airdrop campaigns are being reopened as soon as this update is live.

Digital assets are volatile and can lose value. Smart contracts, liquidity pools, RPC providers, wallet software, and user transactions carry technical and market risks.
